H Williams LLC was established in 2003. Prior to its inception, its President worked as a sole proprietor beginning in 1998, and served at several universities, companies, and boards. Our employees experience encompasses a full range of training and development, project management/engineering/controls, construction management, logistics, and military experience. 

As a strategic business partner of food manufacturing companies since 1998, oil / gas / maritime / energy since 2000, and local / state / federal governments since 2004, our work has contributed to increasing the human capital value and financial bottom line of our partner organizations. We hold a Louisiana Commercial Contractor’s License; and we are a WOSB. Our employees hold multiple certifications independently.  Collectively, we have over 100 years’ experience.

Our success lies in that we serve as an owner’s representative on projects working hand‐ in‐hand with leadership, technicians, engineers, procurement, and work system owners to protect our client’s interests while driving project execution. As an owner’s representative, our overall knowledge of operations, specifications, work systems, and culture gained throughout the years promotes this success.

Our roles and tasks across the projects vary per customer and assignment. We have established processes and systems internally, and per client over the years that are replicable as we transition within project stages, and to new projects.  We have the ability to staff up and down quickly as our service needs shift.
